Establishment of NGOs
Depending on your interest we can set up a: foundation, association or federation. In all cases, the establishment is made before the court.
In the activity of setting up NGOs are included:

Unfortunately, law firms cannot offer NGO headquarters because they are not for profit. The law clearly stipulates the offering of the premises to legal entities for profit purpose such as (LTD).

- Proof of Name Reservation
- The identity cards of the founding members
- Proof of headquarters
- Homeowners Association and Neighbors Association Agreement (if applicable)
- Proof of the original heritage
- Fiscal record of the founding members or Tax certificate for legal persons
- Constitution + Statute (drawn up and accepted by lawyer / notary)
