Fees are flexible, negotiable and are calculated according to: complexity, the time required to be allocated to the case and the costs of the activities in order to fulfill the commitment.

Monthly subscription fee:

a type of perpetual activity is negotiated, for a fixed monthly fee. For example, for the legal consultancy, every Tuesday of each week for 2 hours, a fixed fee of 500 lei is established. The hourly fee:

for example, it is negotiated from the beginning, that when completing the transaction, the lawyer will receive a percentage of the client’s profit. The fees for each client are calculated according to strict criteria:

-the volume of work submitted
-the total time granted to the client including phone calls in his interest (which may take up to several hours)
-expenses related to the representation (fuel, taxes, consumables, etc.)
-the urgency of the back that involves working over the program in realizing the client’s interests in order to comply

-activities and requests of non-contentious character from 120 lei or 250 lei
-professional activities in the litigation procedure from 390lei or 890lei
-actions and requests assessable in money (especially real estate) from 450lei depending on the value of the action
-calculates on different percentages, between 5,001 lei and 25,000 lei – 5% of the value of the litigation, but no
-less than 700 lei; between 25,001 lei and 100,000 lei – 4% of the value of the dispute no less
-of 1250 lei; between 100,001 lei and 250,000 lei -3% of the value of the litigation but not less than 4000 lei; over 250,000 lei – 2% of the value of the litigation but not less than 7500 lei; 000 000 1% of the value of the dispute but not less than 12500 lei. -non-patrimonial shares from 800 lei or 1500 lei
-assisted forced execution from 990 lei or 1490 lei
-the shares in the family law from 890 lei to 1490 lei
-in the matter of administrative litigation from 890 lei or 1690 lei
-the actions in the matter of land book start from 890 lei
-the cleaning activities that require assistance services and lawyer representation from 390 lei The prices are minimum accepted by us in accordance with the decision of the Bucharest Bar.

Primul pret minim reprezinta ce-a mai simpla actiune, iar al doilea pret reprezinta minimul celei mai complexe actiuni.

The first minimum price represents the simplest action, and the second price represents the minimum of the most complex action.
