International law
International law is the legislative framework that regulates relations between states or between persons or entities of different nationalities.
The defining texts for international law are treaties, conventions and agreements. International law can be divided into two categories: public international law and private international law.
In the case of International Public Law, this branch regulates the relations between states: economic, borders, territory, etc. Domains not accessible to the general public.
In contrast, Private International Law is common because it regulates the relations between states and foreign citizens and between citizens from different states. The main question to which this branch responds is: “what is the legal basis applicable?”
At present, due to the homogenization of peoples and mass immigration, this question is often asked in the case of disputes between citizens from different states.
