Next we will prepare the file by procuring the necessary documents such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>passport, residence permit, the certificate from which the residence on the territory of Romania, declarations, documents of civil status, record.<\/li><li> &nbsp; proof of housing: lease, commodity, sale-purchase contract<\/li><li> proof of income: employment contract, income from commercial activities, balance sheet, GMS decision, ANAF certificate, pension heel<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Procedure<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p> Romanian citizenship is granted upon request to foreign persons or without citizenship if they fulfill certain conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>was born in the territory of Romania, or is married to a person of Romanian citizenship, in the family tree there are relatives of Romanian citizenship, or has stayed on the territory of the country for 8 years respectively 5 years if he is married (with a person of Romanian citizenship) .
