According to the subjective system the commercial law has as object the legal norms that regulate the social relations born from the legal acts in which the persons having the quality of merchant participate. According to the objective system the commercial law has as object the social relations born from the legal acts, the operations and the facts that the law (the Roman Commercial Code, art. 3) considers facts of commerce and that have this regime, without having any relevance the quality of the person who them achieved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
